Application process
Application (until December 31st)
The deadline for applications is December 31st. of the previous year. Please send us a letter of motivation and your CV by email to:

So
that we can plan as early as possible, please let us know in your
letter of motivation your desired countries in order of priority and
your available travel period (earliest possible departure in Germany and latest return date). Not to forget the full contact details (address, telephone, email). We would also be happy to receive a photo .
Decision / Response (until Februar)
We will contact you at the end of January / beginning of February to clarify any outstanding points in your application and to inform you of our decision.
Orientation weekend (March)
At the beginning/mid of March there will be an orientation meeting for all new IFYEs. This is also the evaluation meeting for last year's IFYEs. This weekend you will get your first impressions of other participants' IFYE time and we will discuss the things that still need to be organized before the exchange. This conference is a mandatory event for all new and previous year's IFYEs.
